IDEOLOGY:
Fila Nox preys on the desire for order and beauty. They offer an elegant, hypnotic vision of a world without conflict, achieved through the complete annihilation of the self. Their control is subtle and aesthetic, manifested through graceful "puppets" controlled from above.

All available intelligence suggests Rizen is the singular source of the coordinated manipulation.
ASSOCIATED PHENOMENA:
The Sirens: Ethereal beings reported by Ian Glover during the "Fog Watch" incident. Deployed as a method of psychological torture, offering oblivion before a staged "rescue" by Rizen. It is unconfirmed whether the Sirens are independent entities or a direct manifestation of Rizen's influence over a compromised subject.

Protagonist of the "Fog Watch" incident. A lighthouse keeper whose profound isolation and desire for purpose made him susceptible to Rizen's influence.
